When moving offices, a key concern is to ensure you keep the same phone number. Along with this, The Richard Abson Group wanted a scalable solution that they can easily add to as they employ more staff. With core operational systems being hosted in the cloud, a reliable internet connection was also required.

To ensure business continuity during the office move, it made sense to move to a cloud-based telephony solution. This meant that The Richard Abson Group could not only keep their phone number, but also take advantage of smartphone apps on the day of the move to ensure their Clients can still call through.

Taking into consideration the costs of the move a CAPEX route was out of the question, and the fixed cost element of Horizon was a huge benefit in financial forecasting.

Horizon then brought additional features and enhancement to improve efficiency including call stats to monitor outbound performance, caller display to identify Clients as they are calling in and missed call emails when working with premium Clients. All of this was supported over Converged Fibre Broadband to provide business grade speeds, whilst ensuring HD Voice Quality.
